Event Description
The young professionals of FUEL Milwaukee have put together a partnership beintween Everest College, Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, Redline Milwaukee, and a group of volunteer photographers and sound technicians, to launch an exhibit in October addressing the issue of homelessness.
Called Homeless is Not My Name, the exhibit aims to personalize the issue, dispel stereotypes, inspire involvement, and educate on the reality of homelessness in Milwaukee.
Through striking portraits and first person audio, Homeless is Not My Name will likely shake up your assumptions about homelessness. We hope you can make it there.
