Yeah, send it over! I will look it over and see where I can help. Is there a "Coopetition" meetup soon?
About me: I am a student at UW-Milwaukee, studying Entrepreneurship. I am currently working on a Business Plan for a Public House here in Milwaukee, with a Garden AND a Chicken Coop on the Rooftop. I have raised chickens before, and I am a beekeeper, I fully support legal backyard (or rooftop) chickens.
I've attached my 'one-pager' about my Bar, check it out :) Hatch.Concept.pdf
Ok! so, send over that to-do list, and do let me know if there are any meetings I should attend.
Tim Heinle and I are already registered (signed up the night of your slide show) but we have yet to come up with a clever (while simultaneously 'PC') team name...
I came across the pop up parks event on the mkebke website. Super excited for the project! Do you still need rope? and if so what lengths...20', 30' etc

Hi Keith, I'm a student at SARUP, and love all the fun things you have been doing around Milwaukee. I'd be happy to join in if you ever need extra hands on your projects. Love the new swings!

I was the manager of marketing/production- but stepped away in April. Are you interested in connecting with them? I'd be happy to put you in contact with someone there. Great work btw. I visited the swings today- very appreciative!

kate,
that's great you were able to enjoy the new park. this install was so much fun. yes, in fact, i spoke with will personally two weeks ago, and he asked me to get in touch with him because he wanted to help us out with the artery. if this doesn't sound familiar, you can get a glimpse by reviewing the next event. in any case, i've left messages with his assistant, whose name is karen, and just tried emailing him personally today. it would be great to speak to with someone at gp in regard to the artery, but i was hopeful to talk to will, as he seemed to have a more significant interest in realizing a relationship as we both are alum of the university of miami. i know he is extremely in demand, but i wanted to request he be a part of our roundtable on wednesday at 3. see the event. if you can put a request to relay this invite to him, let me know. i can always forward you the email that was personally written to him if you know someone who might be able to put this on his desk. thanks very much, kate!

Hey Keith, so what's your next move? I want to bike the beerline trail this week. Haven't seen it in a few weeks and it would be fun to explore, see what's in bloom, find buried treasure, you know.

Hmm...Will is usually very busy. If you would like to touch base with someone I would suggest contacting Sarah Christman or Jessie, who works in the office. They would be able to arrange an appointment for you to speak with Will, or may have other ideas/options. I look forward to learning more about the Artery- I have yet to read upon it. Thanks.

yeah this weekend I'm getting started on it. I don't have a formal plan set. I've read description of what's necessary in "A Chicken in Every Yard" and a few websites. My parents took down their cedar deck last year and I'm planning on building most of it with that wood. I also want to put a green roof on it. So I can plant hen & chicks (a hardy succulent plant) on the roof of my chicken coop. Probably some herbs, too, but the pun is more important.
That's really neat that you have hens. I want to get a Plymouth/Barred Rock and an Americana, but I'm open to most of the good layers. We'll see. Where did you get Sam and Biscuit? I found this hatchery in Waterloo, WI: http://abendrothshatchery.com/order.html If possible, I'd like to pick them up myself, but we'll see.

Hey Kieth, I'm planning on heading down to the pop up park in the morning to do some work. Maybe we can get some help.

Thanks, Keith. And yes, we did speak at yield last Sunday.
I didn't get a chance to watch Willie's videos of your discussion yet, but I hope your meeting with the city went well. Let me know if you would still like help developing funding proposals. Many grants have deadlines in Fall so it would be best to start working on something now. If you do not want to go for a big foundation or government grant I can also help you develop a small proposal for private investors.
hey there!(sorry late response) sounds like a plan :) if you have a time in mind just let me know. I do have a bike I got from a thrift store for $15. I'll probably re-donate it cause I'm not a huge fan I just needed something for the time being.
I saw your post on the LinkedIn SARUP group page. I am a SARUP graduate (97) and just recently came back to UWM, working as a space planner out of Engelmann Hall. I love the projects you have done and are working on. I would really like to be an active member of your group.

Got it. Thanks.
